BAGGED LEAF PICK-UPS BEGIN DEC. 10
The City of Eastland, through their contracted solid waste disposal company Waste Connections, offers free bagged leaf pick-ups twice monthly to residential customers in Eastland. The pick-ups are each 2nd and 4th Friday beginning December 10, 2021 through March 25, 2022. Residents must call City Hall at 629-8321 at least 24 hours in advance to be placed on the pick-up list. Bagged leaves should not be placed curbside more than 48 hours in advance of the pick-up date to remain in compliance with City Ordinances Article III, Section 9-19 and 9-21.

FFA TEAMS ADVANCE
FFA TEAMS ADVANCE: Eastland FFA advances 12 teams to Area IV LDE Contest. Eight teams became District Champions today out of 20 schools and four other teams were Runner Up District Champions. All 12 teams will compete at the Area IV FFA LDE contest in two weeks. Area IV represents 101 schools. Eastland will be represented in 12 of the 15 contest. The kids did a great job representing our school, community, and home. Thank you to EISD for allowing us to host the contest here at the high school. Keep working hard kids!
