Three Day Revival Pioneer Baptist Church November 14, 15, 16
Three days in November will lift the spirit and set your soul on fire through preaching by Ron Lowe on Sunday morning at 11:00 AM, by Ellis J. Villareal Sunday night at 6:00, Chuck Reynolds Monday night at 6:00, and Bill Britt on Tuesday night at 6:00.
River of Life Food Pantry
Our goal is to help families that are temporarily in need of assistance. If you would like to contribute to the food pantry this month, we are asking for canned corn, canned mixed vegetables, and macaroni & cheese. These and other items can be donated during office hours at the church office, Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm.
Desdemona Activity Center Christmas Store in Nov.
It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas @ the Desdemona Activity Center! The Christmas Store will be open November 11,12,13, hours are 9:00 AM—5:00 PM except on Saturday 13th when we will close @ noon. Decorations, cards wrapping paper, small gifts, &much more. There will be baked goods fresh each day.
CITY SEEKS CANDIDATES TO SERVE ON VARIOUS BOARDS
The City of Eastland is currently seeking persons interested in serving on city appointed boards that help make vital decisions for the city’s growth and future. As board vacancies arise, each Board will review their applications and submit a list of applicants to the City Commission for appointment. When multiple applications are received the remaining applications will go on file for future appointments. Each board has their own member guidelines concerning who may serve:
