Cisco Police Report

On April 15, 2020, Heather Lee Sell, 33 of Cisco was arrested by Officer Tammie Stubblefield for a warrant charging her with Criminal Mischief. This also resulted in Sell being charged with Resisting Arrest. Both of these charges are misdemeanors.
