EASTLAND COUNTY RETIRED TEACHERS--Texas State House Representative David Spiller met with Eastland County Retired Teachers and Delta Kappa Gamma members on October 30th at the Conrad N. Hilton Center in Cisco. The group expressed appreciation to him for supporting efforts to get a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for retired teachers. He addressed other current issues relevant to education as well. Tea Party Patriots of Eastland County invites you to a screening of the just-released Dinesh D'Souza documentary, Police State. It will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 9, at the Myrtle Wilks Community Center, 1498 W I 20, Cisco. There is no charge, but donations are appreciated.

Entry fees are as follows: $20.00 for individual cattle and calves, including single commercial heifers) $35.00 for a pen of three commercial heifers $15.00 for sheep, goats and hogs $15.00 for poultry entries (pens of broilers and individual turkeys) $15.00 for market rabbit pens $15.00 for each breeding rabbit 5. All breeds and species subject to market validation must be owned by exhibitors by validation day. Breeding animals must be owned by December 1, except breeding beef heifers (not commercial heifers) which must be registered in the name of the exhibitor by November 1. (See commercial heifer rules.)
