FROM THE MAYOR

Welcome to August in June! At least that is what it feels like. Thankfully we’ve gotten some much needed rain! The runoff election is this Friday so this may be my last “From the Mayor” article. I hope it’s not! But just in case, I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the people of Gorman that have supported me and to thank all of the employees of the City of Gorman! I especially want to thank our City Secretary Tacy Warren. She does an excellent job for our city. The same goes for Joe Williams and his crew for the work they do for us. It is hard work and they are greatly appreciated!
