Homecoming 2022 didn’t go quite as planned for the Gorman Panthers on Friday night at Brogdon Field.
The Gorman High School Lady Panthers added to their cross country success on this past week by sprinting to a second-place finish at the 2022 Blanket Invitational. Gorman was one of eight area teams competing in the race, which was held on Saturday. “The kids ran great and competed hard,” said GHS coach Kristi Sandoval.
The Gorman Panthers scored early and often on Friday night and cruised to an easy 50-22 romp over the Blum Bobcats in non-district six-man football action.
The Gorman Junior High School girls’team did well.
