RED GAP BREWERY-On Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at around 11:00 pm a vehicle being operated by Brittany Jayde Pence, 26 of Cisco crashed into the Red Gap Brewery on Hilton Ave and 8 th Street, Cisco causing extensive damage to the exterior of the building. Officer Edgar Sanchez was called to the scene where he was assisted by Eastland County Deputy Sheriff Colby Jackson. The investigation on scene revealed that Pence was under the influence of an intoxicating substance. She was subsequently arrested by Sanchez and taken to Eastland Memorial Hospital where a blood sample was obtained. She was later housed in the Eastland County Jail charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Cisco Police Department

The Rotary Club of Cisco delivered dictionaries to the third graders at Cisco Elementary on Thursday, September 30 . This is an annual service event that the Rotary Club looks forward to every year. The kiddos get to keep them and use them to further their education. Pictured are the third grader with the Rotary Club members. Also pictured is Gracie Bundick with her dictionary. Gracie is the daughter of Ben and Niki Bundick of Cisco, who owns the Broken X Winery. Gracie has a brother, Jake Bundick.

On Thursday, September 30th, the Rotary Club of Cisco presented Gay Wolford with a retirement gift. Mrs. Wolford has been employed in the city of Cisco for 18 years. She spent 8 years at Citi Bank and the last 10 years at First Financial Bank. Gay has served the Rotary Club of Cisco as secretary for the last several years. The gift was a basket of congratulation on retiring. She will be missed but wish her well on her retirement.
