At what might well have been a record downtown crowd of locals and visitors, the clouds parted, the temperatures was just right and most of all, folks were having a very good time.

The First Annual Eastland County Stampede was recently held at the Leon River Cowboy Church rodeo grounds. Bronc riders, bull riders, barrel racers and more competed for cash prizes. (NASDAQ: FFIN), has announced that it will conduct its sixth annual company-wide Day of Service on Columbus Day, October 11, 2021. First Financial has partnered with local non-profit organizations across the state to provide assistance and perform service projects in each of the communities it serves. With more than 1,000 employees from 78 statewide branches participating on the federal holiday, Day of Service initiatives will take place in many communities across First Financial’s footprint.
