The Season of Giving Begins

From November 13-December 14, 2020 the Eastland County Crisis Center’s Angel Tree will be at the front entrance of the Wal-Mart in Eastland. Each Angel will have a Christmas wish list for a child victim of abuse and/ or family/domestic violence currently receiving advocacy and crisis intervention service through the agency. With over 70 kids, this year’s tree is one of the largest the agency has had in recent years, but it is not the only way community members can make the holiday season a little brighter and safer for local families. Other ways to donate to the agency include:

FREE Community Thanksgiving Meal

On Thursday November 26, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 4 p.m. the Bethel Baptist Church located at 1304 West Main Street in Eastland, Texas will be offering FREE of Charge to everyone in our area a Thanksgiving Meal with all the trimmings for either dine-in at the church or to carry out. If you are a Senior Adult living alone, someone working that day that desires a home cooked meal - whatever your status - know that you are welcomed and we desire to Bless our neighbors and friends in the area with a great meal and warm fellowship. Please note the date and times and contact either Aubrey Perrella at 817-781-2625 or Cindy Perrella at 817-781-4301 if you have questions or need directions to the church. Be Blessed this Thanksgiving and we hope to see everyone on the 26th.

Veterans continue their quest to serve at RC

Ranger College recognized four veterans recently by presenting them with special pins that can be worn Veterans Day. Recognized were (from left) Lt.
