Behren Morton scored 17 points and Cooper Wright added 13 more on Monday and spurred the Eastland Mavericks to a lopsided 47-25 victory over the Anson Tigers in the Breckenridge High School Fine Arts and Athletic Center.
Some of Eastland County’s top athletes will get to showcase their talents on the next level in June when the 2020 Big County Fellowship of Christian Athletes all-star gala gets under way. In all, more than 20 area stars were selected to participate in the week-long all-star event.
