Despite the ongoing pandemic and warnings to avoid travel, many families will be traveling with children to celebrate the holidays. This is a good time to stop and think about making sure that your child is safe in their car seat before planning your trip. The two important considerations are that your child is secure in the harness and the car seat is securely attached to the vehicle. One thing that parents often do not take into consideration is that heavy jackets can interfere with keeping children safe in car seats.
The Ranger Bulldogs reeled off a 10-6 run in overtime and escaped with a thrilling 42-38 victory over Bluffdale in a non-district road game. The Bulldogs, who finished the weekend with a 4-5 record, rode the efforts of Nico Farmer and Jordan Jaramillo to a 32-32 deadlock at the end of regulation. Farmer grabbed several key rebounds and steals in the early minutes of the first half to key the RHS offense.
Tanner Gallimore scored six of his team-high 14 points in the fourth quarter on Friday and helped the Bearcats rally for a tough 48-44 victory over the Eastland Mavericks in front of a small crowd in the Marshall Gym.
