We wanted to let you know about upcoming events and the update on “I Got Receipts”. This Saturday we will be doing the mass drawing for I got receipts at One Starry Night after the Festivities. The City of Eastland, through their contracted solid waste disposal company Waste Connections, offers free bagged leaf pickups twice monthly to residential customers in Eastland. The pickups are each 2nd and 4th Friday (December 25 will be picked up on December 26) beginning December 11, 2020 through March 26, 2021. Residents must call City Hall at 629- 8321 at least 24 hours in advance to be placed on the pick-up list. Bagged leaves should not be placed curbside more than 48 hours in advance of the pick-up date to remain in compliance with City Ordinances Article III, Section 9-19 and 9-21.
