Rollin’ Q BBQ rolls to Town

Rollin’ Q BBQ is setting up competition level brisket sandwiches and loaded baked potatoes on East Main Street in Eastland. Head chef Dougy Ramsey said he started bringing his award winning BBQ talents to the public in June after COVID-19 made it harder to do food competitions. Rollin’ Q BBQ is open most Thursdays and Fridays and is hoping to add more availability once it cools down and they are not cooking in 125 degree conditions. Prices are $9 for a brisket sandwich combo and $12 for the loaded brisket baked potato combo.
