In the end, all is the same!!
In the end, all is the same!!
Summer is on the way but before we start watering lawns and gardens, I’d like to touch on something to think about, water conservation. All life depends on water and there is only a limited supply. Historically in Texas, about 40% of the time we are in one stage or another of drought. History repeats itself, so we can probably expect more dry years.
Jorell Saterfield and Keisei Tominaga already own significant parts of the Ranger College men’s basketball record book. On Saturday, they penciled their names in even deeper. Saterfield and Tominaga were selected to the 2021 all-tournament team by officials with the NJCAA Men’s Division I National Championship Tournament. The two were among a handful of the top 2-year college athletes honored by tournament officials during a post-tournament awards ceremony. Saterfield, a sophomore from Chicago, starred during Ranger’s march to the semifinals. He pumped in 23 points in each of his first two outings, and finished the tournament with 77 total points. En route to leading RC to its second appearance in the tournament’s Final Four, he averaged 19.2 points and 8 rebounds per contest.
The Cisco College Wranglers needed a late rally in Oklahoma this weekend to keep their dreams of a perfect season intact.
